Behavior is just one form of communication<\/em>…<\/strong>in order to understand what drives the concerning behaviors, we will take several visits initially to get to know you\/ your child. Particularly for school-aged children\/adolescents, we will set up 2-3 parent meetings to hear your concerns and share our approach (to see if we are a good fit), followed by an in-home visit with your child, an in-school observation of your child and meeting with the teacher, and finally an in-office parent-child interaction visit. This introductory sequence of visits will allow for a multi-dimensional assessment of individual functioning.<\/div>\n
